Kelly Michelle Stables born in St. Louis Missouri, which is where she appears at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with the highest distinction) in Theatre and Communications. She started her career with the city of Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land television and film roles while she studied in improvisation and in the group The Groundlings. She also joined Theatre West. The voice of her and diminutive stature that have made her able to take on a range of diverse characters. She was known to the public for taking on the character of the villainous Samara alongside Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. But Kelly is more well-known as the cheerful and bright receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a regular on TV the sitcom of Land The Exes between 2011 and 2015. The show featured Kelly as the paralegal by day, and a party hopper at late at night. In addition, she was the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She's lent her singing soprano to numerous animated films such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. The most recent appearance was that of the dim and charming Cloud 9 staffer on NBC the hit show Superstore. With her husband and their two kids, she lives a quiet life.
